DESIGN / DRAWING CREATION
We implement our design in our engineering department to constructive suggestions on drawings and samples.
Our Engineers have the following works:
- Conversion of production processes (eg mechanical machined parts in die cast parts)
- Production-oriented design for die cast parts, plastic parts, stamping parts and wax - lost castings, and their tools.
- Implementation of German or English into Chinese drawings and parts lists based on Chinese standards
- Preparation of drawings and parts lists for patterns and templates
Drawing systems:
We use a drawing system include the following:
- SOLIDWORKS
- Unigraphics
- Pro / E
- AutoCAD
Tooling:
- Flow analyse
- Analyse of filling time, pressure, temperature profile
- Optimazation of the part geometry
Input:
- We may use your German or English drawings.
- A preparation of documents according to the model or template is possible.
Output:
- Drawings and parts lists, we can offer you in the format of your choice in English, German and Chinese.
- Quality inspection / Standards audit
- Drawings will be checked in our testing branch.
